In the case study video below, the police found the left turning vehicle at fault for the crash. After our review and mapping of the scene, coupled with the EDR data, we were able to show that not only was the other vehicle speeding excessively, but the left turning driver was not able to see the vehicle when he began his turning maneuver. As a result, liability was shifted to the other driver and the traffic citation was dropped.
